Description of the Flag

There's a three flag stand at http://www.miraestrelasp.com.br/noticia02.htm, the third apparently a coat of arms on a bedsheet. And somewhere in the photo gallery is this one: http://www.miraestrelasp.com.br/galeria_fotos_fim_de_ano/proerd/proerd.htm, which has more white for us to see and a different bit of the coat of arms.

I'd say the flag of Mira Estrela has a white field with centred on that field the coat of arms of Mira Estrela.
