Description of the flag

The Town of View Royal, BC, has a flag located at http://www.viewroyal.ca/assets/Discover~View~Royal/Photo~Galleries/Scenes~Around~Town/Town%20Hall.JPG. The town was incorporated on December 5, 1988 and currently has a population around 11,000. The flag consists of the town logo in the center of a Canadian pale. The pale is blue, white and blue, and there is a thin gold line between the blue and white.
