The town of Saint-Philippe (7,127 inhabitants in 2020; 6,210 ha) is located 30 km south-east of Montreal.
Flag is a logo on white.
 Dave Fowler, 17 February 2022
The logo, by its shape and colors, represents the elevation of a freshly sown
land with a tree.
Symbolizing serenity and calm, green represents the
omnipresence of greenness and the importance of cultural activities.
Blue
expresses the nature feeling, pleasantly illustrated by the sky shape.
Green
refers to the territory's rural part, while the tree recalls the town's arms.

There also appears to be a white flag with the municipal arms, though I could not find an illustration of the arms.
Dave Fowler, 17 February 2022
The arms are vertically divided into three equal parts.
The central field
vert (green) represent arable lands, pastures and forests. It is charged with
symbols or: a "P" for "Philippe"; the cross elongated like a staff is the
traditional representation of Apostle Philip. The fleur-de-lis evokes the French
origin of the founders of the parish.
The lateral fields or represent the
maturing crops, the products of the land and of labor, the outcomes of manual
and intellectual labor, the fruits of creativity, the values used to build a
better and nicer world.
They are charged with symbols vert (green). Dexter,
the tree recalls plants used to feed humans and animals, culture, relation with
the natural environment, and life in society and harmony. It also evokes the
tree of life associated with divine wisdom, and respect for creation and the
environment. Sinister, the book recalls communications, traditions, history,
science and knowledge, and the Word as a seed.
