San Jacinto is a municipality located in the Bolívar
Department. It was founded on 6 August 1776 by Antonio De La
Torre.
There are two version of the flag of San Jacinto at the municipal
web site. One is horizontally divided green-white-blue and
charged with the municipal coat of arms and the other is a plain
flag but in reverse order of the stripes.
