I could not find the law which adopts the flag, if there is one. The flag is the design of the
logo over a white field, not including the black outline and the text.

The logo is really a white circle outlined in black, depicting a green wavy line cutting across representing the hills; underneath a blue lake, with the text SUBA underneath in green; and above a sun with an eclipsed moon, having three blue birds forming a diagonal line in front of it. Overall, it represents its biodiversity and nature.
