The ratio is 3:5. It is a white flag, divided horizontally by a blue over yellow over green stripe. Each colour should be 1/9 of total height. The ratio is 3:5. The coat of arms is in the centre of the flag. The arms height is half of total height.

Description of coat of arms:
The shield is divided per pale. The dexter side shows an upright silver (=white) fish in a blue field, the sinister side shows a green oak leaf in a golden (= yellow) field.
Meaning:
Probably the arms are symbolizing beach and fishery, and small hagues and agriculture.
