Description of flag: The banner has the ratio 5:2. It is a vertical
divided red and white bicolour superimposed by the coat of arms of the
municipality.
Description of coat of arms: In a silver (=white) shield is a red castle
with three towers. The castle has brickwork and an open door. The central
tower is topped by a red triangular roof, which is topped by a golden ball.
The two flanking towers and the wall are crowned by pinnacles. On each
of the flanking towers sits a winged black dragon with golden (=yellow)
claws.
Source: I spotted this flag on 17 June 2006 at Wittenburg townhall.
