A white-field flag with what appears to be a blue-colored partial movie-film reel; at a speech in the opening ceremony of the 16th "International Resistance Film Festival" or [depending on the source) the "Resistance International Film Festival", as delivered by Brigadier General Mohammad Hossein Sepehr (Dep. Cmdr. of. Basij volunteer forces); c. Sept. 2020. The blue lettering on the white field probably reads, in Farsi, "Resistance International Film Festival".
