In 2023, the municipality made graphic branding, which had an impact on the
new version of the flag that is used in the city today:

The flag in use now places the shield toward the hoist and the name REYKJAVIK
in block letters in black toward the fly.

Reykjavik is already reported, but here is a different design coat of arms (probably
a new version).
