The town emblem was adopted on Apr 1st 1965 by Notice No 15 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized katakana カサ Kasa of Kasamatsu and a pineneedle= Matsu. The circle stands for an affinity and a collaboration and the inner sharp edge for the towns surge and a road for a glory.
