Located in Kashiwazaki City Niigata Prefecture and established in 1988. The embroidered ceremonial flag has red background with a gold, silver and blue emblem and vertically written gold kanji university name in gold fringe. The university flag has white background with a sky blue, blue and navy blue emblem and navy blue kanji written horizontally. (Source) The three blues of sky blue, blue, and navy blue are the school colors. Blue means "sea," "sky," and "morning," and the concept common to all of them is "expansion." We hope that the future of young people will spread out over a large ocean, clear sky, and fresh morning. The university aims to contribute to the community through study, based on the three S's of the university's emblem: Study, Society, and Service.
