Shield Argent a fess Gules charged with a plough Argent lined Sable, in chief two grapes Purpure leaved Vert, in base a potatoe shrub Vert eradicated proper. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading "ROGIL" in black upper case letters.
