The white-field flag (with white fringe) of the "Ithraa Alkhair For Pilgrims Services" organization that assists in the coordination of worldwide Muslim pilgrims who desire taking a religious pilgrimage (hajj) to Muslim shrines (such as the Kaaba in Mecca) located in Saudi Arabia; c. Jan. 2024. Established in 1983, "Through the institutional transformation program, the institution was converted into a closed joint-stock company comprising 1,185 shareholders, becoming the "Company of Mutawifs for Pilgrims of Non-Arab African Countries".
