According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Phra Nakhon 
Si Ayutthaya province is vertically divided dark blue / medium blue / dark blue 
with the provincial emblem the center and the name of the province in black 
beneath it. It can be seen on the provincial website:

seal of the province shows a pavilion sheltering a white conch (Shankha) on a 
phan (tray) in honor of King Uthong, the legendary founder of the city. Behind 
stands the Fragrant Manjack (Cordia dichotoma), the provincial tree.
