The Thai Ministry of Interior webpage in 2000 only showed the badge of this
province, the image of which looked anyway so much as a photograph of a piece of
flag that it was hard not to think that there actually was a provincial flag.
The provincial flag can be seen nowadays on the provincial website :
http://www.phitsanulok.go.th/Data_1.html. The flag of Phitsanu Lok province
is purple with a representation of the
provincial seal.

Description from
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seals_of_The_Provinces_of_Thailand:
The
seal of the province shows Buddha Chinnarat, considered one of the most
beautiful Buddha figures in Thailand. It is located in Wat Mahathat temple in
the city Phitsanulok.
