The flag is a white field with the city's former seal off-centered to the
south, with the city's name above it. Although the city seal changed in 2023, so
there could be a newer flag.

The current seal shows a black streetscape with five black stars above it. Underneath is the city motto, "Community with Pride and Progress". Underneath that is the outline of Arkansas with the incorporation year.
