The flag

The flag of the City of Torrington, Connecticut, is blue with the city seal on it, as can be seen behind the Mayor in a short video at http://www.registercitizen.com/video/news/recent/3/48/ (no longer online). However, the emblem on the flag is different from the city seal.

Torrington has two flags. The first one is the more 'official' one with the alternate seal on a baby blue field; it is seen in the mayor's office and during Memorial Day parades. The alternate flag is the standard Torrington seal on a sky blue bedsheet.
