The seal depicts a horizontal tricolor of green-white-blue. Overlaying the
tricolor is an outline of the county with a sun rising over a mountain range.
Surrounding the county are six symbols for different industries. A steam train
for the railroad industry, an arrowhead representing the historical Native
Americans, a chicken, wheat, and cow for the agriculture industry, a bicycler
which most likely stands for recreation, rolled carpet for the area's historical
carpet making industry, and, finally, a cannon for the Civil War.
