Description of the Flag

I contacted the City of Columbus, Georgia, with a question about the city flag, but I didn't get any information. Instead, I was pointed to this page: www.columbus.ga.org/phonenums.html (no longer available). Now, it is clear, light-blue background with city seal on it.
