The flag is a blue field with the city seal in the center. Above the seal is the city and state names, and under the seal is the slogan "Winds of Progress." The seal has some modifications with the city and state names being replaced with the slogan, and some color modifications as well, like the windmill's structure being teal rather then brown.

The seal is made of a white ring with the city and state names on the upper and lower areas respectively, and the slogan "Planning and Working for the Future," split on the left and right sides of the logo. In the center is the outline of Oklahoma with a star pinning the city's location with the number 73078, which is the Zip code for Piedmont. Above the state are two wars of wheat facing each other. Under the Oklahoma panhandle is a windmill.
