The logo is designed in the shape of the township, with the northern and southern portions written in the the townships name and founding year. Inside is a depiction of the Cumberland Valley and the foothills with South Mountain in the background. A few local attractions are also depicted, from top to bottom, South Middleton Township Office, Boiling Springs Iron Furnace, Craighead Bridge, Boiling Springs Stone Bridge. Under the Township itself is the slogan "Serving Our Community With Pride."
