Crossville held a flag design contest in 2019 and announced a winner in
December 2019. The winning flag was designed by 15-year-old Cumberland County
High School student Zander Randolph.
I was emailed an image of the
winning flag by Assistant City Clerk Malena Fisher who told me that the flag was
adopted on Dec 10, 2019.

Cumberland Medical Center is a non-profit hospital located in the city of Crossville, in Cumberland County, Tennessee. The hospital serves Cumberland County and the surrounding areas in east central Tennessee.
The Cumberland Medical Center flag can be seen in a photograph online at donatelife-organdonation.blogspot.com. The flag features the hospital's logo in white centered on a light blue field. The logo consists of the name of the institution in two rows, spelled out in white serif letting, with the word "Cumberland" larger and above the words "Medical Center." In the background behind the name is a wreath of olive branches also in white.
