Description of the flag

The flag is bordered blue-white-green-white-red and contains a blue over red horizontal bicolor as a base with a large white oval centered on it. A large grey illustration of the Devils Tower is on the oval, and various local objects are depicted in black: an oil well, a train, buffalo, a flying owl(?), and in green evergreen trees.
