Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) is a United States government-funded organization that broadcasts and reports news, information and analysis to countries in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Caucasus and the Middle East where it says that "the free flow of information is either banned by government authorities or not fully developed".

The logo consists of a highly stylized torch whose flames also suggest a dove – in a clever composition of well known symbols of liberty (torch) and peace (dove). This device is colored orange and the accompanying text, set in a bold sans serif font colored in greyish dark teal, is at its right side, in two lines, reading "Radio Free Europe" above "Radio Liberty".

These two colors were officially PMS 158 C (orange) and PMS 431 C (grey), given as equivalent to RGB:EA6903 and RGB:5B6770, respectively, in an http://branding.rferl.org/ old (2018) version of the banding RFE/RL guide. The current version, at https://branding.rferl.org, shows these changed to "orange" PMS 021C = RGB:FF5400 and "teal" (changed from "grey") PMS 547 C = RGB:1A3948. I suspect that it was seen more as a tech adjustment of the guidelines than an actual rebranding.

This variation is reflected on the two images of this logo included in https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:RFERL_primary_brandmark.png
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:RFERL_primary_brandmark.svg the Wikimedia Commons, whence they illustrate several Wikipedias (the file type variation being also a sign of the times). The two attached flag images reflect this variation.

At https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radio_Free_Europe/Radio_Liberty, more info about this entity, which was a part of the U.S. foreign policy apparatus of 1945-2025.
