Municipality of Bella Vista is located in the Department of Bella Vista, Corrientes. Its flag was adopted in 2019.

"The Bellavista government concluded the design competition to define the Municipal Flag during an event in which, after reviewing the stages and protagonists, in the presence of the highest authorities, the winning composition was presented, authored by sisters Karen and Tamara Legar, students of the graphic design career of the Teacher Training Institute.

At the opening of the event, the Director of Culture and Education, Gastón Lanser, gave a welcome address, explaining the circumstances surrounding the competition, including the regulations, the formation of the jury, the open call for interested parties, the pre-qualification of the 11 designs, and the final evaluation of 4 compositions, which resulted in a definitive approval recognizing a Flag for Bella Vista.

Then, Silvia Insaurralde, a history graduate, read the verdict of the jury, which was composed of the visual artist Gustavo Nicoletti, the architect Gastón Salinas, the engineer Ángela Gómez, the professor Estrella Molina, Silvia Insaurralde, and Enrique Arrúa, a graduate in ceremonial and protocol.

In said ruling, the jury elaborates on the analysis “taking into account the 11 (eleven) compositions presented and not knowing the identity of the creators (since they were presented in different envelopes, with pseudonyms) and that the identity of each one was known when the final verdict was given. Having carried out intense exchanges of ideas, analysis, arguments and debates.”

The text details technical aspects related to the composition, focusing on its rationale regarding colors and elements incorporated into the composition, finally declaring that "the proposal whose pseudonym is "ROSAS", by Karen Sofía Legar DNI Nº 42.792.769 and Tamara Elisabet Legar DNI Nº 41.412.310, is the one chosen as the Flag of Bella Vista."
