In a red shield, a blue bowl held by two golden hands, from which rises a blue fountain adorned with blue pearls framed in gold; the fountain is surmounted by a golden bunch of grapes and three golden ears of wheat.

The coat of arms was granted on January 27, 1998. For centuries, the land around Edelstal has been used for growing grapes and grain, which, along with livestock farming, formed the basis of the commune's livelihood. The spring, which has been gushing south of the village for many centuries and is marketed by the Römerquelle company, has had a major influence on the commune's development.

The communal website presents two variants of the CoA: one with the heraldic golden tincture, the other one with the colour yellow. The official colours are red and yellow.
