The protocol manual for the London 2012 Olympics (Flags and Anthems Manual London 2012 [loc12]) provides recommendations for national flag designs. Each NOC was sent an image of the flag, including the PMS shades, for their approval by LOCOG. Once this was obtained, LOCOG produced a 60 x 90 cm version of the flag for further approval. So, while these specs may not be the official, government, version of each flag, they are certainly what the NOC believed the flag to be.
For Bahrain: PMS 485 red. The vertical version is simply the flag turned through 90 degrees clockwise.

The Bahrain Paralympic Committee had a logo change in early 2021. According to the article
"
Bahrain's Paralympic Movement Gains Momentum", "...the logo was remade as part of an overhaul of how the BPC operates inside of Bahrain. The logo, nicknamed 'We are Dreamers', was based on five fundamental ideas (Excellence, Achievement, National Pride, Passion and Paralympic Vision) and this logo design is supposed to transcend different personas, abilities, and obstacles to create a framework within which our shared story can be told, regardless of how it is told or whom it is told to. Thus, the flag itself was changed where the new logo is used on a white background." (source #1 and
source #2) are
showing the flag being used.

There are two commonly used flags for the Paralympic Movement in Bahrain; the main NPC and an overall body that covers a few areas. Both flags, seen in Bahrain this Month -
Kingdom of Bahrain to host the 3rd West-Asian Paralympic Games 2021,
consisting of the Bahrain NPC and the West Asian Paralympic Federation. The WAPA, belonging to the Asian Paralympic Committee, consists of twelve member NPCs (Kuwait, Jordan, Iraq, Bahrain, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Palestine, Yemen, UAE, Syria, and Saudi Arabia). Both flags, similar to other NPCs, are their emblems on a white background.
