Description of the Flag

The municipality of Altair (3,815 inhabitants in 2010; 31,390 ha) is located 480 km of São Paulo.

The flag of Altair is shown on a photo taken during a meeting held at the town hall. The small size of the photo precludes any serious attempt of description of the flag.

The website at http://www.ifolha.com.br/img_not/24-01-09/altair-1.jpg doesn't give us much evidence about the flag of Altair, but it would appear that the flag of Altair is green with a wide yellow cross, with on a disk wholly on the cross the Altair arms.
