Gules above a bend Or a crowned lion passant in bend and below a crowned lion rampant both of the Second.

Diessenhofen's flag/coat of arms is the old city coat of arms, which corresponds to the Kyburg coat of arms in the Habsburg colours. The crowning of the lions distinguishes it from the old Thurgau coat of arms.
