The flag is a black and white horizontally sixfold striped flag with a white, vertically oblong canton (taking up 4 stripes) with the emblem of the club on it.
The emblem of the club is a very simple design, a highly stylized heraldic logo, with a white pentagonal shield, symmetrical and with paralel sides, double edged in black, in turn charged with an narrow symmetrical triangle pointing down, placed on the center chief position and offset upwards, filled in black, orled in white, and bearing a white stylized capital "S" made from five straight strokes; at the apex of the triangle "1903," standing for the club's founding year.
It does resemble quite a bit the flag of Brittany.

The variant is a white flag with a black inverted chevron that goes from the midpoint of the flag to its upper corners, charged on its apex with the emblem of the club, surronded by a wide gap; along the lower edge, the lettering "Santiago Morning" in bold, serifless black capitals.
