In Sunday (May 13, 2001) I saw flag of Roudnice nad Labem (city in okres Litoměřice, Ustecky kraj, Czech Rep.):
three vertical stripes, light blue (as Argentina), white, light blue (1:1:1). In white stripe is coat of arms.
