From Petr Exner's VexLex2001 image of the flag of Lipník, Mlada Boleslav district, Central Bohemian region (not to be confused with Lipník nad Bečvou in Prerov okres). It differs slightly from the coat of arms at this website, but the tree is unmistakably a linden tree
(Czech: lipa - which makes the flag canting).
