Shield Or, a bend sinister Azure, charged with three linden leaves Argent.
Meaning:
The arms are based on the family arms of the Lords of Ummendorf, displaying in a red shield a golden bend sinister, charged with green leaves and an abbot's crozier (precise position and colour unknown). The crozier was alluding to Ochsenhausen as seat of a prelate. These arms were adopted in 1930 by the municipality. In 1938 the crozier was omitted and the current colours were fixed.
