Shield Or, issuant from base an enhanced triplemount Vert, charged with a golden well, pouring water Argent.
Meaning:
The well (fountain) is taken from the old arms of Bad Ditzenbach and referring to the fact that it is a spa (German: Bad). The triplemount is representing the Swabian Jura, the landscape around the municipality.
