Shield Vert parted by a fess wavy Argent, above a sword Or in fess, beneath a crayfish isuant Or.
Meaning:
The sword is representing Podelwitz and the local manor, which was owned by knights. The crayfish is representing Rackwitz proper and is canting, as the name of the municipality is derived from Sorbian Rakowica, which means "place where crayfish live". The fess wavy is a representation of the Lober, a creek connecting both parts.
