Shield parted per pale, at dexter Azure an eagle's wing Argent, at sinister Argent alion rampant Azure, armed and tongued Gules.
Meaning:
The wing is taken from the arms of the Lords of Lichtenstein. They owned the half village including the castles of Vorderlichtenstein and Hinterlichtenstein. The lion is taken from the arms of the Lords of Gammertingen, who owned the other half of the village since the 13th century.
