Shield enhanced parted by a fess wavy Argent, in chief Azure, beneath Gules a crozier´s head Argent at dexter and a chalice of the same at sinister, issuant from base a triplemount Argent.
Meaning:
The fess wavy is a representation of the Kleine Laaber, a little river. The triplemount is canting, as the name of the municipality means "Bergheim", which is a home on a mountain. The crozier is referring to the Benedictine St. Emmeram Monastery. The chalice is taken from the arms of the Prüll Charterhouse. Both had been important manorial lords in the village. The tinctures red and white are those of the Bishopric of Regensburg, blue and white are those of the Wittelsbach kin.
