Shield parted per pale, at dexter Gules a crozier issuant Argent in pale, at sinister Argent a fir Vert with a fountain Azure emerging from its bottom.
Meaning:
The crozier and the tinctures red and silver are taken from the arms of the Cistercian Waldsassen Monastery, to which the village belonged until 1803. The fir is alluding to forestal riches. The fountain is a canting element, referring to the suffix "-brunn". The fountain was upgraded to an officially recognised mineral spa in 1916 and is well known as Silvana-Heilquelle.
