The flag of the Croatian Motorcycle Federation (photo) is prescribed in its Statutes (text) as follows.

The Federation has an emblem and a flag.
The emblem is a stylized profile view of a white motorcyclist on a red background. Below the motorcyclist, the name of the Federation is inscribed in white letters on a blue background.
The flag is made of white fabric. In the middle of the flag is printed, that is, woven, the sign of the Frederation.

During 2023, the name of the association changes, and with it the logo and flag, which are described in the new statute. I have not found the real flag [in use].

Article 7.
1. The Association has its own logo.
2. The Association's logo consists of the symbol and the text of the name of the Association in Croatian and English. The Association's symbol consists of a silhouette of a runner with a right knee prosthesis for running and a background shadow, and on its left side, two red squares
diagonally placed one in relation to the other on a white background, associating the squares of the
Croatian coat of arms.
3. The Association has a white flag, measuring 200x100 cm. In the middle of the flag is the Association's logo.

Earlier Croatian Athletic Federation for Disabled flag

The flag of the Croatian Athletic Federation for Disabled is prescribed in its Statutes (text) as follows.

The Federation has its emblem.
The emblem of the Federation consists of three red cubes, as determinants of national identity, arranged diagonally from left to right so that the smallest cube is the farthest positioned, and the largest the nearest. In the background is a runner and two oval circles that symbolize an athletic track. Below the picture is the text in two lines: "Hrvatski atletski savez / osoba s invaliditetom".
The Federation has a white flag, in size 3 x 1.5 m. In the middle of the flag is the emblem of the Federation.

Croatian Rowing Federation

The flag of the Croatian Rowing Federation (photo) is prescribed in its Statutes as follows.

The Federation has an emblem and a flag.
The emblem of the Federation is square in shape with a semi-circle at the bottom, has a red border, and in it there are four horizontally placed oars with a stylized red-white-blue tricolor, below which there are red and white fields in the shape of an inverted pyramid. An abbreviated name stands out above the oars written in block letters in red with a black border, above which is the full name of the Federation written in black and in a smaller font in relation to the abbreviated name.
The flag of the Federation is rectangular in shape and white. In the middle of the flag is the emblem of the Federation.

The flag of the Croatian Rugby Federation is prescribed in its Statutes (text) as follows.

The Federation has a emblem.
The emblem of the Federation is in the shape of a rugby ball with Croatian symbols, that is, placed obliquely to the right white rugby ball, which has six red squares in the upper part, which alternately with white basic fields make up the elements of the Croatian coat of arms.
The Federation has a flag and a color.
The flag of the Federation is white, rectangular in shape with proportions 1:2 with the emblem of the Federation in the upper corner next to the flag hoist.
The basic colors of the Federation's clothing are red, white and blue.

The flag of the Croatian Rugby Federation is prescribed in its Statutes (text) as follows.

The Federation has a flag, a ceremonial flag and an emblem.
The flag of the Federation is blue, with a length-to-width ratio of 2:1, and the emblem of the Federation in the middle.
The ceremonial flag is blue, with a length-to-width ratio of 2:1, and the emblem of the Federation in the middle, and the inscription on the top "HRVATSKI STRELJAČKI SAVEZ - CROATIAN SHOOTING FEDERATION".
The emblem of the Federation is a stylized letter "H", red with a gradient to white, and a shooting target blue, in the middle of that letter.

Croatian Shooting Sport Federation for Disabled

The flag of the Croatian Shooting Sport Federation for Disabled (photo) is white with the emblem prescribed in the Federation's Statutes (text) as follows.

The emblem of the Federation is round in shape with a stylized shooter in a wheelchair, in the upper left, holding a pistol, and a stylized shooter in a wheelchair, in the lower right, holding a rifle. In the middle on both sides are horizontal, blue rectangles symbolizing the targets. The circle is filled with red - white squares, a recognizable feature of Croatian athletes. Around the whole emblem is a frame inscribed "Hrvatski streljački savez osoba s invaliditetom".

Croatian Skating Federation

The flag of the Croatian Skating Federation is prescribed in its Statutes (text) as follows.

The Federation has a flag and emblem.
The emblem of the Federation is oval in shape (elliptical in a horizontal position), it represents a stylized line (trace) of a skate on ice, in which letters "HKS" (abbreviation of the Croatian Skating Association) can be seen. Below the sign is written in Croatian "Hrvatski klizački savez" and in English "Croatian Skating Federation". Behind the words "Hrvatski", "klizački", "Croatian", "Skating" is a red quadrangle (rhombus).
The flag of the Federation is white, 2 x 1 in size with the emblem located in the lower third of the flag.

Croatian Sport Fishing Federation

The flag of the Croatian Sport Fishing Federation, used either horizontally (photo) or vertically (photo) is prescribed in its Statutes (text) as follows.

The flag measures 180 x 90 cm, and has a blue background with the HŠRS emblem measuring 30 x 30 cm in the middle.
The HŠRS emblem shows a trout on a background of 5 x 5 red and white, alternately placed, fields. Under the trout is written "27.01.1935. HŠRS" (date of foundation and abbreviated name of the Croatian Sport Fishing Association).

Croatian Sport Sea Fishing Federation

The flag of the Croatian Sport Sea Fishing Federation (photo) is prescribed in its Statutes (text) as follows.

The Federation has an emblem, a flag and a seal.
The emblem and seal of the Federation has the shape of a circle around the rim of which is written "HRVATSKI SAVEZ ZA SPORTSKI RIBOLOV NA MORU" (Croatian Federation of Sport Fishing on Sea), in the lower left part of the circle there is a horizontally stylized wave shape, above it a stylized figure of a fish with the tail on the right, laid obliquely from right to left, and the head on the left, and above the figure of the fish in the right part of the circle are placed horizontally next to each other two stylized two waves, in the upper part of the circle in the middle is the emblem of the Croatian Olympic Committee.
The seal is a circle of 2 cm in diameter.
The flag is 2 x 1 meters, light blue. In the middle of the flag is the emblem of the Federation, below which parallel to each other are seven stylized waves.

Croatian Taekwondo Federation

The flag of the Croatian Taekwondo Federation (photo) is white with the emblem prescribed in the federation's Statutes as follows.

Federation has an emblem.
The emblem consists of a taekwondo fighter in the air on a red and white field and of the inscription "HRVATSKI TEAKWONDO SAVEZ" (above) and "CROATIAN TEAKWONDO FEDERATION" (below).

Croatian Tennis Federation

The flag of the Croatian Tennis Federation (photo) is prescribed in its Statutes (text) as follows.

The Association has its own emblem and flag.
The emblem of the Association is composed of the stylized inscription "HTS", where letters "H" and "T" are blue and white letter "S" is in a red tennis ball from which blue and red squares emerge suggesting movement.
The flag of the Association is rectangular in shape, 1:2 proportions, white with the emblem of the Association.
The emblem with the stylized inscription "HTS", where letters "H" and "T" are blue and white letter "S" is in a red tennis ball from which blue and red squares emerge suggesting movement extends over the entire surface of the flag.
Below the coat of arms of the Association , the text "HRVATSKI TENISKI SAVEZ" is written along the entire length of the flag, and below that text is the inscription in English "CROATIAN TENNIS ASSOCIATION". The flag has two versions, vertical and horizontal.

Former flag of the Croatian Tennis Federation

A different flag was prescribed in the 2016 Statutes as follows.

The Association has an emblem and flag.
The emblem of the Association is in the shape of a blue shield.
In the upper part of the shield is the abbreviated name of the Association, "HTS", yellow, and below it a part of the historical Croatian coat of arms in the lower part of which is a yellow tennis ball with a blue wavy line.
The flag of the Association is rectangular in shape, 1:2 proportions, white with the emblem of the Association in the middle and "HRVATSKI TENISKI SAVEZ" (above the sign) and "CROATIAN TENNIS ASSOCIATION" (below characters).
The letters are dark blue.
The flag has two versions, vertical and horizontal.

Croatian Volleyball Federation

The Croatian Volleyball Federation again changed its statute in 2023, and with it the text related to the emblem and flag.

It now reads:

Article 6.
(1) The HOS (= CVF) has a symbol and a flag.
(2) The HOS (= CVF) symbol consists of a dynamized ball near inscription HRVATSKI ODBOJKAŠKI SAVEZ (= CROATIAN VOLLEYBALL FEDERATION).
(3) The HOS (= CVF) flag is rectangular in shape, with the HOS (= CVF) symbol in the middle.

The real flag has not yet been seen, and the drawings are according to the description in the statute.

The flag of the Croatian Volleyball Federation is prescribed in its Statutes adopted in 2019 as follows.

HOS has a emblem and a flag.
The HOS emblem consists of a dynamic black-edged volleyball with the inscription "HRVATSKI ODBOJKAŠKI SAVEZ" ("CROATIAN VOLLEYBALL FEDERATION") written in two lines, i.e. "HRVATSKI ODBOJKAŠKI" ("ROATIAN VOLLEYBALL") in the first line and "SAVEZ" ("FEDERATION") in the second line.
The flag of HOS is rectangular in shape, white with the emblem of HOS in the middle.

Former flag of the Croatian Volleyball Federation

The former flag of the Croatian Volleyball Federation was prescribed in the 2017 Statutes as follows.

HOS (CVF) has an emblem.
The HOS emblem consists of a dynamic black-edged volleyball with 12 red-and-white squares in the central section of the ball with the inscription "HRVATSKI ODBOJKAŠKI SAVEZ" ("CROATIAN VOLLEYBALL FEDERATION") written in two lines, i.e. "HRVATSKI ODBOJKAŠKI" ("CROATIAN VOLLEYBALL") in the first line and "SAVEZ" ("FEDERATION") in the second line.
HOS has a flag.
The flag of HOS is rectangular in shape, 1:2 proportions, white with the emblem of HOS in the middle.

Croatian Wrestling Federation

The flag of the Croatian Wrestling Federation is prescribed in its Statutes (text) as follows.

The Federation has an emblem and a flag.
The emblem of the covenant consists of three parts. The first upper part of the emblem is red with the abbreviated inscription "HHS" (for "Hrvatski hrvački savez") and 5 (five) stylized white cubes. The other part of the emblem is white and separates the upper red part from the third part of the blue color. The third blue part is oval in shape within which is the silhouette of two wrestlers in a white grip.
The flag of the Federation is white, in a ratio of width to length of 1 to 2, with the emblem of the Federation located in the middle. The center point of the emblem coincides with the point where the diagonals of the flag intersect.
