The flag of Croatian Equestrian Federation is white with the logo. I compared
two statutes from 2006 and the last one from 2024.

The texts in both statutes are almost identical, and the latest statute has
the logo in use on the title page. However, the text for the logo does not match
the appearance of the logo at all. The description for the flag is quite neat,
so the appearance of the flag can be reconstructed.
2006 Article 8 –
Emblem and Flag
1. HKS has an emblem and flag.
2. The HKS emblem
consists of a horse's head with the words "Croatian Equestrian Federation"
written on it. Below the horse's head is the inscription HKS.
3. The HKS
flag is white with the HKS emblem in the middle.
2024 Article 9.
(1)
The Association has a symbol and a flag.
(2) The symbol of the Association
consists of a horse's head with the words CROATIAN EQUESTRIAN ASSOCIATION
written on it. HKS is written below the
horse's head.
(3) The flag of
the Association is white with the HKS symbol in the middle.
(4) The
description of the symbol and flag of the Association, as well as their use and
protection, are regulated by a Decision adopted by the
Assembly, at the
proposal of the Executive Board.
