The International World Games Association (IWGA) has staged World
Games every four years since 1981. The sports are those that are not in the
Olympics, such as ju-jitsu, akido, and netball among others. The World
Games were recently recognized by the IOC and now have the right to fly the
Olympic Flag at all venues. The IWGA website is
International World Games.

The IX World Games were held from July 25 to August 4, 2013 in Cali,
Colombia. The 2013 World Games were initially allocated to the German
cities of Duisburg and Düsseldorf. However, at the end of 2008,
Duisburg withdrew and Düsseldorf dropped out because both cities could
not secure enough funding, partly as a result of the financial crisis
of 2007–08 and the subsequent Great Recession. Two alternate cities came forward to the IWGA to bid for these Games:
Pretoria, South Africa and Cali, Colombia. During The World Games 2009
in Kaohsiung, Chinese Taipei, the IWGA announced that Cali has won the
right to host The World Games in 2013. (Wikipedia) The logo is a large finish line (resembling the shape of a lizard)
with the Olympic colors which represent the sporting pride of all
competitors, promoting the diversity of sports worldwide with the sole
purpose of achieving significant change in fair play for the country,
the region and the cities. It was created by local design agency,
Himalaya. (Spanish Wikipedia) The flag is a white horizontal background with the logo in the middle without the slogan "¡Juego limpio al planeta!" (Fair play to
the planet!).
