Sogo, a Japanese department store chain founded in 1830. The flags bear the mon of Sogo, "maru chikiri" (circle and warp beam),
a reference to Sogo's origin as a second-hand kimono shop, and
unrelated to the almost identical symbol of the Extinction Rebellion.
