Located in Chiyoda City Tokyo and established in 1949.
The embroidered ceremonial flag has maroon background with a gold emblem and a pair of pine needles with gold kanji university name written vertically in gold fringe.
The university flag has dark green background with a white emblem and a pair of pine needles.
The university emblem is a design of the kanji characters 二松學(Nisho).
The "Nisho" in "Nishogakusha" means "two pine trees" and "two pine trees" symbolizes "a place for learning" and "a place where one can learn.
