Located in Kumatori Town Osaka Prefecture and established in 1965. The embroidered ceremonial flag has sky blue background with a gold emblem and vertically written in gold kanji university name in gold fringe. The university emblem is designed with the image of a "person" in the center of the two letters "大學".

Halberd club; The club flag has sky blue background with a white logo mark and horizontally written English initials in white and kanji university and club name in red. The logo mark was adopted in June 1994. The "O" of Osaka is designed in the shape of a sphere to express the image of a dream expanding. The "T" for Taiiku Daigaku= University of Health and Sport Sciences represents a sense of dynamism, spreading out its arms like wings and spreading its wings to the new world. The image color is light blue (DIC-181) (sky blue), expressing the freshness and clear spirit of a sportsman and the expanse of the blue sky.
