Arms and flag adopted on July 31, 2001 (resolution # 170/XXV/2001).
"Arms: on a green field separated by a slanted silver, wavy ribbon,
on the right side there are two silver-brown willow's catkins (or aments)
on the golden branch.
On the left side are three golden wheat stalks.
Flag: green field framed on both sides by the vertical yellow bands
with the centrally placed silver-brown catkins on golden branch.
Side bands are 1/5 of the width of the flag.
Ratio of the flag is 5:8."
