Shield Azure, a pillory Argent, flanked by a cross potent voided at dexter and a corn cob Or at sinister, in chief a pair of crossed keys, the bendy one Or and the sinister bendy one Argent. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "TEIXEIRA - BAIÃO".
Meaning:
The crossed keys are an attribute of St. Peter, the local patron saint.
