Coat of arms

Shield Argent; two olive branches Vert fruited Sable, at bottom end tied Gules and crossed per saltire, flanked by two pallets wavy Azure, issuant from base a mount Vert. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "RANHADOS - MÊDA".
