Shield Vert with base wavy of Argent and Azure, issuant from base a throughout bridge Argent masoned Sable with two arches, in centre an open book Argent bound Gules and superimposed by a pen Or in bend sinister, in chief two tankards Gules fimbriated Or. Mural crown Argent with three (village rank) visible towers and white scroll (Bénard Guedes style) with inscription in black capitals "OSSELA".
