Shield Gules with base wavy of Argent and Azure, on fess point a mitre Or garnished Azure with scarves of the same, on dexter chief point a cogwheel Argent, on sinister chief point a grape bunch Or leafed Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "GUILHUFE E URRÔ".
Meaning:
The base wavy, a representation of the Sousa River, and the mitre are taken from the arms of the former Urrô Commune, the cogwheel from those of the former Guilhufe Commune. The grape bunches, symbolising viticulture, appeared on both former arms.
