Shield Or a fess chequy of Azure and Argent, in dexter chief a rose Gules barbed Vert and seeded Or, and in sinister chief a cross fleury Vert, in base two olive branches Vert fructed Sable with their proximal ends in saltire.
Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and short white scroll, in Bénard Guedes style, reading
in black upper case serifed letters "TRAVANCINHA".
Meaning:
Even though the fess chequy is blazoned as Azure and Argent, correctly for an ordinary on a field Or, all known representations show the fess as Argent and Azure.
The chosen number of iterations is also always 3×9, which is seemingly correct. The cross on sinister chief is that one of the Order of Avis.
